Our Lab solution is our portable system used for R&D purposes. Place pieces of foam material on The Lab to capture critical data in real-time.
Analyze different characteristics of your foam; for example homogenity, cell density, or relative size. Then, optimize the foams technical performance related to strength/density, thermal insulation and acoustic dampening.

Segment your image and check the quality. Change settings if improvement is needed

Use Cell Filtering for heat maps to view ranges of cell areas of interest
Quality Control - Defects and holes
Analyse uniformity of foam over a selected area
Look for spatial clustering of specific cell size ranges using Hopkins Index
For detailed analyses, use Ripley's L statistic for spatial clustering within a certain radius
Use LISA (Moran's Index) for Local Indication of Spatial Association
Analyse Edge to Center Imbalances with Radial Gradient Analyses
